He succeeds founder Michael Hartley, who transitions into the role of Managing Director while spearheading Comply Pro’s North American expansion. As part of this move, Michael has relocated to Toronto, Canada to lead North American operations from the ground. This establishes a permanent founder-level executive presence in the region, reinforcing Comply Pro’s long-term commitment to the US and Canadian markets and its ambition to scale as a category-defining compliance platform. This allows the company to move faster, stay closer to its partners, and accelerate our delivery to a global audience.
Comply Pro was founded to eliminate the risk, friction, and inefficiency of paper-based compliance by building a powerful, configurable compliance engine that can adapt across industries.
